Starter Problem
Fairly often when I try to start my '08 Superglide it sounds like the starter is spinning but not turning the motor over. I have to stop and hit the start button 3 or 4 times to get it to start when it does this. I took it in under warranty and the service guys are telling me this is peculiar to '08 engines and not to worry about it. I ride with several people with '08s and I've never heard any of their bikes do this. Anyone else have this problem? Does this response from the service guys sound like total BS?
