Don't feel bad a don't get waves back from every Harley rider I pass either and I ride a Harley. I would say every sport bike rider I waves to waves back.
The ones who don't wave back are usually the Harley riders under thirty who are clean shaven and have real short hair. Half helmet or beanies. Black googles, black t-shirts, and Blue jeans and black boots.
I don't know if they don't know about waving or they just feel superior somehow but whatever. Don't know if they wave to people who look exactly like them or not.
You got your answer, we are all a$$holes and don't like you, so leave. TROLL
Let's review this thread. Who called who a "name" first. ALL OF YOU! I never said anything negative to any of you.
But... I'll continue to give the biker wave to every bike on the road... even HD riders. I'll be up at Quizno's in Anniston on Friday evening to get a sub and also to see how HD riders "treat" me as I go about my business.
When you see hundreds of bikes a day you just get tired of waving.
Just like this forum when you see the same questions you just get tired of answering.
When I am in the car I always wave to every car I see because we share the same road and
we're all facing the same dangers and all share the same love for 4-wheeled commuting.
I hope you understand...
Thanks for listening
That's absurd. You don't see hundreds of bikes on the road every day. You know what you said is just some ill fated poke. I'd actually like to see some HD rider just admit he doesn't wave to non HD's. But, yes... I have had some HD riders wave. Most do not, though.
I would bet you a hundred dollars I see hundreds of bikes a day ..
Come to Florida you will see....
"It pisses me off when some arrogant jerk on a HD doesn't return the wave! It happens all the time." From your original post.

Sure, in some areas there are bikes everywhere. But in most cities/towns it's like 1 bike to every 100 car. I think we both see each other's point on this one.
