I have two bikes sold the car for a second bike. I ride 365 days a year. I ride to work, I ride at work for work and ride for fun. Yes we ride some.

I keep my Jeep hooked to a battery tender. I ride my Harley ultra or my Fjr 1300 which I am trying to sell.

I'm originally from the Adirondacks in Upstate NY, 198" a year.

But we did get over 20" of snow here this year. This was the worst winter I've seen in SC in the 14 years I've lived here. lol

There have been many years when I haven't had to gas up my pickup once in the summer months.

I bought mine with the intention of riding. I'm nervous to purposefully set out in the rain, but most any other nice day, I ride 35 miles round trip to work. Get the gallon or two of milk, and some basic groceries. Get out to the mountain roads on the weekends... Yep. I dread these Utah Rockies winters sometimes.

I don't own a car so if I want to go somewhere I take the bike - rain or shine, hot or cold.

Back in 2002 I sold my only vehicle (4x4 pickup) to buy a brand new FXST. That Softail was the only motorized vehicle I had for nearly two years - in Wyoming. Not sure if I'm bragging, or revealing my IQ....lol

One of the reasons I bought my Limited was to use it as a daily commuter. I'm on the road going from one location to another to the tune of about 1000 miles a week. Just realized this morning that it's the first time I've driven my truck in almost 2 weeks. What I'm saving in gas pays for my scooter.

And then most Sundays it's riding 2-up.
