harley factory windshield is coated. If you are talking about the regular rain x bottle that has been around for years then the answer is yes. The rain x will cloud the windshield..It harms the coating.
Unless something has changed in the last couple of months, RainX always used to have a warning on it NOT to use it on plastic/polycarbonate/lexan, because it will cause fogging.
