Waited all week for my Power commander lll usb and SE A/C from Eastern. Yesterday UPS would not leave it so I asked them to send it to my work address but it didn't arrive as promise. Can you beleive the UPS clerk returned it to Eastern instead, if I had known that they were going to ship UPS I would of bought some other place as I have always had problems with UPS. I might as well put the V&H headers and mufflers on but then I don't think I can start it until I get the PC lll .
They usually have the best PCIII price AND they will give you maps for life from a huge map database AND they double the manufacturer warranty from 1 yr to 2 yrs...

I certainly agree with you on UPS...
Last Friday UPS driver told them he tried to deliver to my place at 9:36 PM and no one to sign. I was sitting in the living room at that time watching TV! Only time I ever see them out that late is around X-Mas. Had to wait until Monday late afternoon for delivery...[:@]
And yet other drivers will just leave it on the steps in the carport...No ryme nor reason as to why they do what they do...[:@]
UPS is losing market share to FedEx Freight and DHL. My delivery truck left the dock at 6AM and got to my door at 7:59......and he STILL had more stops. The drivers are worked like sled dogs.
I feel for 'em. Sux for them AND us. Whenever I can, I ask the vendor to ship by FedEx Freight.........they usually do and the package arrives in good condition and in a timely manner......sun still up!
I started avoiding UPS like the plague when they started requiring Priority Overnight for all handgun shipping to combat their own thievery. It has yet to cost me less than $40 to ship one. Makes a $100 action job really sting. If I can avoid them, I usually do.
I hadn't really had any trouble with UPS until I ordered my slip-ons recently. The package was supposed to arrive on a Thursday, and when I got home I had an e-mail notice saying the street address was incorrect. Looking at the address they supplied in the e-mail, it was completely correct. I called them the next morning and verified with the guy that I was actually sitting in my office at the address specified, then he told me they couldn't attempt redelivery until Monday. When the package arrived Monday I saw what "might" have been wrong. They had the suite # on the label before the street address. Granted, any human looking at the label should have been able to figure out that the lines were switched, but all I can guess is that some automated system kicked it out.
Actually, I did have one other problem with UPS a while back. They tried to deliver to my house and got no answer, so instead of leaving a notice or leaving the package, they shipped the package back to the seller so I had to reorder the product again. Damn shippers.
No matter who is delivering a package to me, whether it is UPS, DHL or FedEx I always leave a note on my door in my entry way with my signature telling them to leave the package and they always do. They usually take the note with my signature as proof that I told them to leave the package. Of course there is always the risk it might be stolen but I usually tell my neighbor that I am expecting a package and he picks it up and takes it to his house untill I get home from work.
Ups delivered to my house . Someone stole my package. I E mail them. They tell me "Sorry" for your package being stolen . We are going to put your address on "Sign Only" . [:@]
