This is what you get with the Heritage Style bars. I agonized for weeks over what bars to get, looked at all the techical specs and finally closed my eyes and ordered the Heritage bars. I had the stock bars on my 2010 and they were just too far away to be comforatable for longer rides. I'm 5'10" and only needed a little closer bars. This is exactly what the Heritage delivered, now I can use my backrest and ride all day.... if only I had a more comfortable seat!!!!!
The 2004 Road King came with a head light that had a chrome scoop on it, and it came with different handlebars. Does anybody know when they stopped this style?
Thanks
your referencing the road king custom. had the beach bars on it, and the chrome flyscreen sans windshield. a little more chrome throughout the bike, and 12 inch shocks on the rear. 2007 was the last year for that.

When you swithched to this bars did you have to replace the clutch or brake cable or any of the wires?
I installed heritage bars on my 2011 FLTRX and went on a 350 mile ride last Friday. A lot better! Not perfect, but better. Cables and everything transfer over, no extra cables needed. I'm thinking another seat is what I'm needing as well.
