Not that I agree with the policy, but I can understand the reason for it to a degree.
When you ship overseas, which I have done for members on here, they require more paperwork to be filled out, to me that is a PITA and takes extra time. If they are selling parts at a very low margin, they probably do not feel they will make any profit on less than a 300 order.
It's just business and they deserve to make a fair profit. They are trying to provide product at the lowest price possible apparently, your choice to do business with them based on their policies.
If you don't like their policy, buy from someone who will ship, they may charge more for the item, but will be less in the long run and you will have your part.
