Default Changing my motor mounts

I have looked in the search area and have not come up with what I'm looking for. Does anyone have a “How to” to change out my motor mounts on an 08 Ultra Classic?

You might want to just pick up a service manual. You can probably figure it out by looking at it and supporting the engine with a jack, but your still going to need torque specs.

I hope you aren't considering changing it because it has about a 1/4"-3/8" slop(or gap) in it.

for that job you really don't need torque specs, everthing is just before it breaks, in other words, TIGHT!

I believe there is an alignment process that needs to be followed. Dealer changed my 2006 ultra mounts a year ago. Put it toghether without engine alighment and the bike shook like a mother.......took it back, they alighed everything and everything was smooth again!

"drooping" wow! Is this a common issue with the rubber mounted motors? I ride a rigid mount. It seems to me I would be looking at an upgraded mount or something. Is it just the bushings that are bad?
