Default Help My bike is stuck in the underground

I just finished putting on my apehangers on my 07 Fatboy and now when I start the bike it idles at a very high RPM what did I do wrong?
The throttle is hitting the stop so i don't think thats the problem.
Any ideas?

I belive the cable is adjusted properly as the throttle does return to to the stop. Could it be a electrical / computer issue?

Putting the apes on probably increased the tension on the cable causing it to stay open although the grip goes back to the stop. Probably need to loosen the throttle cable so it will close when released. Just a thought...

But is there slack in the cable? Make sure there is the required slack in the cable when you turn the bars left, right, and center.

There is slack as they are not attached to anything except they go under the tank. Loosing or tighting the cables adjustment as no effect The throttle at the fuel injector is returning to the screw thst is the stop and the cables are loose. The screw dosen't look like there is an adjustment.

After a little more research I think it is an sensor issue.
Maybe a wire or plug came loose.
