I did the same thing yesterday. I was storing my friends bike in my garage while he was in Austin Texas. I rode his bike to his house, in my Harley attire, with my wife following in her cage to provide me a return trip.
Ooops, I guess I'm in trouble then. I've had Vulcans in the past, and my wife won a very nice mens leather Vulcan riding jacket as a door prize at the Vulcan Reunion. This is a very nice black heavy leather vented riding jacket with a black Vulcan patch on the back. (probably made by the same folks who make the Harley jackets) Now I have a Harley, but I still wear the Vulcan jacket while riding the Harley. I guess I'm a "metric poser wannabe"!!!!
I have a Harley decal on the back window of my van and also a Biker Friendly sticker--yes I do drive my van too--I also have put 25,000 + on my 06 Ultra in 10 months--some of us drive & ride--shouldn't make us subjects for ridicule.

thats great, i have a car too. those amps arent going to fit on my bike. im still not going to call someone riding a motorcycle a poser just because they have an hd logo on their jacket while riding something else like the original poster did.
I know I'm new here, but I don't see what the whole POSER thing is all about. Just because someone wheres a Harley shirt, hat, or jacket and doesn't ride a Harley doesn't make them a POSER. Maybe it just means they like Harley appearal. How many of you wear Levi or wrangler jeans, but don't ride a horse. Does that mean that ya'll are posers? Man ya'll need to let it go. Riden is Riden.
