Just saw this and thought I'd post it here in case anyone was interested . I have no connection and don't know anything about it , just thought the price didn't seem too bad .
I wish it was closer to me, I've been looking for a project like this...needs work but isn't a total rebuild. But getting it from Florida to Colorado is a bit much (at least more than what I'm willing to put out).
Damnit..I hate when I see **** like this. I would love to buy it and fix it up but I barley have time to ride the one I have when I come home. Not to mention my OL would have a hissy fit and probably say "You barley have time to ride the one you have when you come home. What the hell do you want to buy that one for"? She don't understand about important stuff like this.
Looks pretty cool. Later style shovelhead would be a fun ride. If I ever get one, I think it would have to be a semi-chopper type custom, though. Does the asking price seem reasonable? I don't know what they bring these days.
Reserve price is VERY reasonable...If you got the time and method of pick-up, the sky's the limit!!
Reserve price? Do you think it is the same as the Buy-it-Now? Agree it would make a great project bike but 2000 miles away more then I can handle at this time.
I know when I have an item I think is a good mover I put my "best case" price on BIN in case someone wants it bad enough to grab but my reserve would be lower. Just in case I over inflated it's value with the BIN $.
I'd take it if someone would buy it for me. I have plenty of time to go pick it up now
If only I had won the Mega Millions you would have a deal! Unfortunately I am still stuck in midwest Powerball mode and forgot to get a ticket on Tuesday.
