In Viet Nam we had submersable heaters in 55 gal. drums to heat water for showers. FNG went out one morning and lit a match to see if there was fuel dripping into the tank. Singed his eyebrows and the front of his hair off. True story.

Too damn funny...I've singed hair off my face before, but that was with same super strength MatchLight charcoal...opened up the grill and whoosh...missing arm and facial hair. I ran into my room to check out the damage and my brother went to check on the grill and it got him too.
