Same 'problem' I have w/the Ironhorse. With all the stuff I did and how I did it I could lose 7 hours to get it done the way I wanted. So I feel for you.
If I can't ride, nothing makes me happier than polishing. You'll see me out in the driveway, pouring rain, washing away. Then in she goes. I dry off, she dries off, and it's wax-on, drink, smoke. Wax-off, drink, smoke.
I feel sorry for you, but I spent my afternoon riding. I ran into a little rain here and there, but I still got in a little over 200 miles today....[sm=icon_cheers.gif]

Spent a good portion of my afternoon polishing and cleaning the new horse. I also used the steel wool trick on the white walls idea I got from here.
Always used those soap SOS pads for the whitewalls back home. Did a good job. You can get the same effect using soap and steel wool, since that is really all those were anyway.
