Nevada helmet law revoked??? yes or no?

Ok, I got this email at work about the helmet law in nevada being rovoked, and I keep hearing from different people yes and no. I believe the bill revoking the law still has to be voted on...but does anybody out there know for sure? I couldn't find anything out on the internet except this article.

I think it should be a individual thing. Me personally I always wear one but my dad hates them. I don't feel a state should have that right it should be whoever throws there leg over that bikes choice.

It passed a committee which is good, but has not passed in the Senate and does not look favorable based on this article.

Your kidding right? Isn't Harry Reed in your state? I seriously doubt it would ever pass. Sorry, I wish it would br repealed, I love Florida.

Our helmet law is still in place. The new bill changing the law has a long way to go before the law is changed. And yes Harry Reid is from Nevada, but has nothing to do with changing state law. I love Florida also, except for the humidity, the bugs and nearly 300 motorcylist death that happen there every year.

Don't even go there. As if our 18.5 million residence compared to your 2.5 has nothing to do with it. Talk statistics and you may have a leg to stand on. You don't think Harry Reed has anything to do with your state law, you underestimate how crooked ALL politians can be. Also, we don't mind the bugs, it beats stopping for a snickers!!
