Yep, I'll sell mine only problem is I have the prepaid maintenance package rolled into my financing. I think if I trade in they will roll that over to the new bike. The Sportster actually came with a 4.5 tank in 1957 when it was introduced as it took the looks of the "K" and "KH" model.
Yup, I believe 04 Sporties had the (optional) larger tank, 2 year warranty, AND a rubber mounted motor, right?
Unamed, Glendale HD is most likely in Glendale, CA. I don't believe there is a Glendale HD in Arizona. I agree with ya on Buddy Stubbs though, although I got a good deal on my Glide from Chosa's (before they changed to Chesters!)

I know this is H-D forum but if your wife is a new rider you may want to look at a used metric cruiser. They can be bought used for very reasonable prices. My mother who is 63 rides a V-Star 650 and loves it.
