Default bad experince with cycle solutions online (in person)

Had some work done on the V-Rod at americade this weekend. They changed fluids in the bike and dyno tuned it. Dont you know that on the way home one of the plugs they had to take off on the upper right side of the crank housing came lose while driving in the rain and pumped oil all over me and the bikes immediately behind me (who knows how much water got in there). The bike had to by trailered home by AAA all 170 miles. The president of the company Chris gave me his card after the dyno and told me to call him with and problems. So I called him... and do you know what he said? "you must have loosened it your self after we worked on it, there's no way thats from us". After I told him I wanted him to make the repairs right/refund the cost of the maintenance portion of the work he told me to "F*&K off" and hung up the phone. hes the president of the company. I cant believe they make money with this kind of treatment. DO NOT GO TO THESE GUYS! and definitely don't go to there rolling dyno.

I guess I don't understand what you mean. The only fluids in a v-rod is oil. No primary or tranny. The only plug loosened on a oil change is the plug at the bottom of the pan or the dip-stick.

yea, those are the guys. And it's a plug on the upper right side of the case. Its a breather plug that is removed to help drain oil during changes. The last time it was changed was when the bike was picked up from the dealership 2500 miles ago. I do not usually go out of my way to post something like this but I was 100% floored when the president of the company told me to eff off and hung up. I was not being rude or pushy, just asking him to remedy the situation. That is no way to deal with a customer.

WOW that Suxs but nothing you can really do they really get you by the ***** .

If paid by Credit Card contact them and let them know they might be able to help . I would call the BBB in that area and file a report. Write what ever info you can remember word for word now so you can use that as a reference for anyone needing the info.

Heck with his attitude I would be posting that Number on a Not so Nice Site that would be getting him plenty of calls , Just make sure you do it from a Public Library not your home oe work computer lol

I am using every means I have to spread the word about this company. He will be hearing from me again and he'll wish he handled this differently from the get go.

That is a new one on me ...I am not aware of a breather plug on the upper right side of the case of the V-rod...Just removing the dipstick to aid in venting the crankcase is all I have ever done...Has anyone had the cam covers off recently?

If I understand correctly you took it in to have the oil changed, picked it up and drove a few miles, then oil began leaking from the opening they just used to drain the oil, and they don't hold themselves responsible for an immediate leak on an area they just serviced? Did I miss anything??

If so that's bullshit!

Post his phone number ... I got some time to call this guy on the bullshit.

On the top right side of the crank case near the front cylinder is a Allen bolt that was removed during the oil change. It worked its way out after they changed the fluid and proceeded to spray oil all over the place. To add insult to injury it was raining heavy at the time meaning water likely made Its way in.

And there number is on the web site cycle solutions online .com. I would love to post Chris's number (the president who was the Guy who used profanitys and hung up on phone on me) but I don't want to stoop to his level. I'm dealing with this above board and he will be hearing from me again... credit card company called and state investigator looking into in.
