just bought 2000 dyna super glide
me and my hunny just bought an 2000 dyna super glide .....we have a leaky petcock ....we just filled her up and then she started ...any ideas on how to drain the tank ?????? any help will be graet help...frist time bike owner..........thanks

You can siphon the fuel from the tank with a hose into a gas can.
You can remove the fuel line from the petcock and put a longer hose on the petcock and drain it into a gas can.

Get a long stem funnel. Put the big end under the pet **** and the small end into a gas container. Unscrew the pet **** from the tank, and the fuel will drain into the gas container. Make sure you remove the gas cap.

Well short of taking the tank off and pouring it out. Get a turkey baster and take it out that way.
Or if you have a long enough siphon hose. push it way in the tank making sure the end is under fuel. Then put your thumb over the hose and pull enough out to reach the gas can. Remover thumb and if done right the fuel will flow out.
Caps are fine with me.....my eyes suck.
