Yes correct which is why I'd mentioned 95 Ron being our 'standard' with 97-99 being the high end and very expensive stuff (yes I know its all expensive compared to what USA members pay).
However the op that I was responding to mentioned 89 (on the aki scale) which is below the level of our 95 Ron and hence a reason for possible pinging
