Blackwater (Xe Services) is a private security company that currently operates in Afghanistan. In the past, they've been accused of of murder and indiscriminate killings of civilians and have been investigated on alleged corruption and sanctions busting while operating in Iran. The Obama adminstration has taken our tax money and hired them for security in Afghanistan. Supposedly, they're good at what they do. Apparently, they've started a motorcyle club of some sort.
The company received widespread notoriety in 2007, when a group of its employees killed 17 Iraqi civilians and injured 20 in Nisour Square, Baghdad, for which four guards were convicted in the U.S., but later pardoned on December 22, 2020 by President Donald Trump

Blackwater "IC" Patch
It does in fact mean "Independent Contractor". They are not an MC, nor are they a 1% Club, or Supporter. There are no Chapters. The only Members are former Blackwater Operators. They Service and Support, BW Members and their Families, as well as Veterans and their Families, and Gold Star Families. It'd help if you simply stop and talk to them. See what they're about. Don't believe everything you read, or hear, until you do. Just an opinion.

You need to get a clue before posting stuff like that. You could not have been more wrong. Blackwater and the independent contractors were the child of Dick Cheney. Research it and learn... I don't think anyone could make a claim that Cheney and Obama are working together...
