After a restless night of tossing and turning I've decided I'm still too emotionally involved to make a best decision for me. I'm going to follow advice and take at least two weeks cooling off period before deciding either way. Thanks all for the great advice or opinions! I'll post pictures if/when I go ahead and do it.
