While I love the CVO, I would never pay more than MSRP. If they added more stuff to the bike (to justify the $40k) I'd have them take it all off. I'd rather spend $5k and make the bike how I want it, not how the dealer thinks I do.
Your in Vegas...just go to a casino and try and win the money to buy it with...lol
Tried a few times. It's not that easy!
Most locals figured out years ago you can't live here and gamble. You seen how many homeless people live near downtown? I suspect more than a few of them crashed and burned after a big night on the town....
Not only a ridiculous price BUT one Fugly motorcycle!!!
Yer crazy'rn hell , dude......LMFAO! THAT bike's the ****.....AWSOME color combo,IMO......and it won't last .....if was 45K....SOMEBODY'll buy it....and put pipes on....and add a programmer....and add some more ****....just the way it is....
Ya got'a own 1 (CVO) ta 'preciate 1.......

I just checked online. Looks like $37,249 is factory MSRP. I didn't spend the extra time looking at the tag to figure out where the extra $2,750+-
went for.
A CVO is made completely by hand and usually by only two guys (sometimes 3). There is something to be said for that and a price to be paid. I love the paint scheme but I'm also a Steelers fan.
Personally though, I'd rather sink a whole lotta money into my Ultra, including paint, than to buy a CVO. I know I could make it much better than a CVO Ultra for a lot less.

Thats what the salesman told me the whole bike made by only two guys in a separate facility but I've never seen anything online to verify. But I have read several articles that state it would actually be more expensive to turn a standard Ultra Classic or Limited into a CVO making it a value!? when you consider all the extras.

I've been through the assembly plant in York, PA several times. They always say it is assembled by 2 or 3 guys in a separate area. Might be separate facility and I'm not remembering clear. I hope to do the HOG Open House this September and tour the CVO area. If they are figuring in some sort of value for handmade I won't argue the value. If you are talking looks, performance, and function I'm calling B*llsh*t. After dropping the $40K there is a crapload of stuff I'd still want done to a CVO. But hey, if they added all the stuff you would want, and none of the stuff you wouldn't, then it is definitely a deal. You only live once, you'll get trade in value, demand a great deal, and do it! If you find yourself not liking the fancy chrome parts they picked out for you let me know. I might want to buy them from you.
While our bikes are not investments youll be a LOT better off $ wise buying the CVO later on than putting 20,000 into your bike . The CVO line hold resale value a lot better than the production line bikes.
If I could do it Id start with a CVO and than do a couple things to personalize it for my tastes ans too get the hidden ponies out of that 110.
