That said... 40 years ago Always Weaver.
Interesting see see the ages of the riders in this thread Weavers vs. non....?
I just don't take chances like I used to, but still ride fast whenever/wherever it's safe.

I pick a lane I feel comfortable in and stay put unless I have to pass someone. I see weavers all the time in cages, in a hurry to go nowhere. Its real fun seeing 2 weavers, 1 weaving right, the other left.

I have nothing to prove while riding my bike and I'm surely not trying to qualify for the next NASCAR race either.

I wouldn't call myself a "weaver" but I certainly change lanes to get around traffic, or trucks waiting to attack me with road gators. I commute 50 miles each way on interstates and I'd waste a lot of time if I sat behind cars all the way.
