Default Valve train noise

Had my bike at the dealer for check engine light. They took care of that, but they told me I had a valve train noise. My 1st Harley, for all I know it has always been there. i do here noise coming from the lifter area of the rear cylinder. Tore into it, appears to have Screaming Eagle cam plate. It does have adjustable pushrods.
Should I just buy new SE lifters and swap them out?
2002 Road King, motor work done at 25,000 miles, now at 66,000 miles. Big bore kit, SE heads and cams, etc.
How do I adjust pushrods?
Sorry this is so long.

Just my opinion but anytime I get to the cam plate in repairs or searches for noise. If I also have over 25,000 miles on lifters------they get changed. Old Evo habit.

I agree on changing the lifters. I assume it has Harley lifters in it. Is there a better lifter available?

Feuling makes good lifters, if you don't want to put in the Harley lifters.

Jesus Christ guys...slow the fukk down!! I've built so many Pan and Shovel heads mtors I've lost count! Didn't you say you had adjustable push rods in this motor. Check for proper valve adjustment first! Very common for these to go out of adjustment. That's why lots of guys who do the cam plate upgrades don't like to install them and perfer to stay with the non adjustable HD style pushrods. To loose and you will get valve noise to tight and you will lose compression. I just had a friend call to tell me he had a terrible noise coming from his rear cylinder. His good friend "who builds amazing looking bikes" told him he had stuck valve in his head and had to pull his motor. I told him to check his rear pushrods for proper valve adjustment and problem was solved. Start with the basic and least invasive components first and rule them out before you pull your lifters!
