It makes me laugh. There are places where driving and texting are illegal and yet every time I drive by a LEO in his/her patrol car what are they doing .....looking and typing on the laptop that is positioned near the radio.
Can they really see the road and type on a computer at the same time?

How does he keep his bike balanced while stopped like that without putting his foot down? But seriously, it would have been a priceless photo had you laid on the horn and snapped a shot of him sh*tting himself.

I think the local newspaper should receive a copy of that along with the State Police. The paper will never print it and the state police will never admit it but his supervisors will be on his *** for it behind closed doors.
