94 Electra Glide engine hot one side cold other side

Got a 94 Electra Glide an one side of the engine is hot the other side is cold to the touch. It has had the plugs & plug wires changed in it. When I got it the guy let it sit for don't know how long I know long enough for both tires to start to crack down the middle real bad enough they need replaced soon. Could having the bike sit so long an then riding it did something to the engine?

on the cases one side is hot the other is cold to the touch. An when it was started last time at night an rode it was shooting fire out the exhaust when you would rev it up.
