110th Anniversary Info Thread
Seeing as the cost is almost double to go this anniversary, I would think they would have some of these details worked out for us to make reservations and have as many acts as last time.
I'm not really worried about the big shows, like all the smaller venues and stopping at watering holes meeting new friends all weekend.
If anyone here's of another HOG Haven, please post details.

Not much of a lake ride from Racine either. You're better off just hitting 94 and spending your time in Milwaukee.
The Best of Harley-Davidson for Lifelong Riders
Not my first pick for a hotel. But way closer than from home. We are coming across the lake from Muskegon Mi.
Word of warning: Some areas of Milwaukee aren't exactly the best to be hanging out in, especially at night. The general rule is that a box formed by Highway 45 on the west, North Ave on the south, I43/Green Bay Ave on the east, and County Line road on the north is what the locals call "The North Side". You wont get carjacked or mugged (usually) just for being in that part of town, however it's a rougher area with gang activity and frequent 6pm news reports. Hide any valuables, make sure your vehicle is locked, and be aware of your surroundings at night. Best to go out with friends if you decide to. Full size GM cars with 20"+ wheels are a frequent sighting here.
That being said, Downtown, Shorewood, The East Side, the Historic 3rd Ward, and Wauwatosa are all great places to be. Shorewood has beautiful mansions that overlook the lake, the East Side and 3rd Ward are home to the nightlife of Milwaukee, with bars and local eateries all within walking distance. Downtown is modern, clean (for a smallish city), friendly, and has a large amount of artwork (especially around the art museum and Discovery World).
Anyone who visits will love it here. Just remember to bring a long sleeve shirt or light jacket, as it can be noticeably cooler near the lake (especially at night).
