An interesting look into what was available from Harley in 1948. This was the first year of the Panhead engine and Harley was still making WL's, UL's and Servicars.

I think the biggest difference between that brochure and today's is the lack of hype. With today's marketing, each model has a name and a bunch of very creative writing to describe the bike in intangible terms whereas this brochure was all about the specs of each bike and made no such commentary on anything but the overall brand and the dealer network.
