My heads should be back in 2-3 weeks and I'll start making it then, need to figure clearance between the frame and bolt then.

I've been looking at doing a 1250 conversion and had hoped to do it over the winter. But I put the money elsewhere. As it looks I won't be doing it right away. I probably won't do it until after my trip to Chicago I plan to take in May. I don't want to do it before then and have a fresh motor. Unless something catastrophic happens, I won't need ti before June.
I asked in my OP because I like having all the tools I need or may need ahead of time. It saves a lot of profanity later.
