Default Blowing Fuses

I am blowing the same fuse over and over.. It is the fuse for the turn signals and the speedometer. Any guesses?

If your blowing fuses---find out why. Either something is going to ground or the circuit has increased in resistance for some other reason. You could do more damage than just one wire.

Do you have to use the signal's in order to blow the fuse or does it just pop when you power up?

Don't ignore this, find the short. I shorted a wire on a bike once and had a fire after just 2 fuses. No damage, I was on top of it at the time, but panic is a word that might be used to describe my response for the first few seconds.

I was blowing the fuse that goes to the brake light. Turned out it was in the right turn signal switch. I had changed bars 2 years earlier and guess had pinched it and finally wore through.
