I have used full face on crouch rockets ,ATV ,dirt bikes ,but just cant get use to them on my Harleys. Wish I could I think they are great idea.

I cant stand the tunnel vision it gives me, I just wear a bandana on my face and good padded glasses with a knit cap on.

I found that a FF has to almost be a custom fit to be quiet and comfortable. I spent a fortune trying many brands, too loose, too loud etc... I now have a Scorpion that is custom fitted by peeling thin sheets of foam it fits perfect, is very quiet, no fog shield and great vents, i use it all year long on my sport bike and on the Harley when i remove the shield, i think it is actually cooler than my 3/4 w FS. Too each his own, i live in a free state but i never get on a bike without a helmet, saved my head 3 times.

I would not leave home without my 3/4 Arai with moulded face-shield when on longer trips than hopping about town or short rides out of town. My FXR has no fairings or windshield, so I find the 3/4 helps cut wind-related fatigue and makes 120km/hr and up a bit more enjoyable.

I sure got funny looks with it down (I'm in Toronto) in NH one time, though!
