Looks like you're running a different setup than I am so I'm no help. I've got the DK Outlaw, and yours looks like the Pro Billet.
Actually you've been a lot of help, I see the air filter I have looks like it will work on your Outlaw, not my billet.
Which most likely means I do have the wrong one.
Here's a couple pictures, hole spacing is not the same.
Bike is a 2012 WG 103 motor

I see exactly what happened. I am so very sorry. There is a slight hole pattern difference between the Throttle by Wire filter and the cable operated filter. You received the wrong one.
