Kudo's when due.
While customer service seems secondary or none at all at many business's I have to give Kudos to both DK Custom and Fuel Moto.
Having problems this weekend installing both the DK air cleaner and the Power commander Auto tune.
Posting on the forum got a response from DK, and this morning a phone call resulted in the correct part being shipped out today.
A phone call also this morning to Fuel Moto and we found the wrong Auto Tune was sent and they are shipping out the correct part today.
While not to crazy about getting the wrong parts, mistakes do happen and the fact both are shipping the correct part no charge and before I sent the old part back (something others have not done in the past) is a plus in my book.
Nice to see customer service alive and well, thanks guys.
