Default cold compression test results

I just finished installing TW-222 cams and adjustable pushrods. I read that I should perform a compression test so I did yesterday. Here are my results based on the instructions in the service manual:

Front-150, 215 with system relay fuse removed (disables ACR)

Rear-145, 215 with system relay fuse removed

Manual says stock should be 110, and 175 with fuse removed. However, that's with stock cams and a warm engine.

I know I should be happy the numbers on both cylinders match but not sure what else they mean. Are these good numbers? Does this mean my pushrod installation was correct and my timing on the cams were set correctly?

I haven't started the bike since the cam install. I'm going to fire it up today after work and hope everything runs ok. The pushrod install was a PIA. I kept double guessing myself whether or not I was on TDC. Hopefully it'll run...

Thanks.
