The bike has 5300 miles and poor custom paint job. The rear rim has some rust and pitting along with some minor pitting on other parts. Was left under car port under a cover . Asking 4500.00 down from 6900.00. Has SE pipes and forward controls. Any thoughts please. Dont want to open a can of worms.
There were a couple of problems with the 06. The stator needed to get welded and there were inner primary bearing failures. Not all the bikes did this and neither is a very expensive repair. Considering the price and mileage on the bike it seems like a good deal even with those items and maybe a new paint job. I also would be curious why it was painted.
keep in mind too that it seems to have been sitting a while. low miles, rust on the actual rims, ect. i wouldn't trust the tires as far as i could throw them. i would personally figure the cost of a new set installed with that price too. also, how long has it been since it was started? when were the fluids changed?

With a clear title and good running motor, it is a GREAT deal...You can't touch a running Dyna around here for that...Of course all the master negotiators here will tell you that they could get the owner to give them the bike and 1000.00 just to leave them alone...
