I'm looking for handlebars with less pullback for my 2013 Limited-has anyone tried HeliBars? I've seen them on other brand bikes, but not Harley. They are expensive, $700+, but so is trying several different bars to get the fit right!

Thanks!
I have had them on my Street Glide for about 3 years. I really like'em. They seem to catch attention too, as I get questions and favorable comments regularly. The quality and finish is good and holding up well.
My thinking was consistent with yours. When I put on a new seat, it sat me further back, so the fit of the stock bars was no longer comfortable. I really couldn't effectively determine which bar would be the best fit. So even though they were expensive, I liked the adjustable aspect...knowing I could use them even if I changed seats or other controls. Try getting them at a rally. I had them installed at Daytona Bike Week, and installation was at no charge.
I stopped in at the Helibar booth in Sturgis, I'm 6'1" with long arms, I explained that my original SG bars and my Krhomeworks 2+2 gave me shoulder pain. I sat on their SG and with my eyes closed I placed my hands in the air where it was comfortable for me. They couldn't make their bars articulate to where they would work to where my hands and arms needed to be, so the guy started arguing with me that I should just reach to as close to the limits that his bars would go. The Heli bars were nowhere close to what I needed and in the end I was really put off by his insistance that I was wrong and should see things his way. They were asking $650 plus free install which I was willing to pay, if they would only reach. In the end I wandered over to KST Kustom Bars and they are custom building bars to my spec's for $175 delivered, you can't beat that! Just be sure you get a chance to try out a set of HeliBars before you plunk down that kind of dough if you're set on buying from them, for me it was a no go.

Thanks for the tip on these guys I've been looking for a set of bars for my old bike for years all the new ones have way to much pullback , turns my hands in at an awkward angle and 1" bars on my 60mm inverted front end just don't get it .

Hey TwiZted happy to help, I talked to a very knowledgeable guy at KST Kustoms named Brett Kent, I explained what I wanted and he's changing the height, pullback and wrist angles for me to suit my riding position. I've taken some pictures of my GF on her Heritage with a tape measure in the photos for scale so they can make some bars for her too. Haven't got the bars yet but I was VERY impressed with their customer service and the time they took to make sure I get what I wanted. For anyone else looking at this thread you can see what they do at www.kstkustoms.com.
Kinda off thread I guess but I also have KST's bars and live about 20 miles from their factory. Top notch company. Tell 'em what you want and they'll make 'em and at a good price
