What's she worth?

Hi guys, needs some quick advice on this bike. It's an 04 running a 5 speed transmission with a fair bit of work done to it. He says everything has been done in the last 3-5 years and all done at the HD shops so done properly. It has Screaming Eagle Stage 3 (not sure what that means but it has had cams, pistons etc)I love the look of the springer and the side profile looks spot on but am I crazy to buy an 04 for this or should I spend more and get a newer bike with 6sp etc.

He says he's spent £15,000 in total. Has 7000 ish miles and about 90hp.

I can buy a demo Fat bob for around £12,000 to give you the UK comparison.

I would have to buy it unseen as I live a long way away so I need to be sure. He says age doesn't matter on a HD when its this good. Hmmmm...

" every thing done at HD shops so it's done properly" ??? That's funny!! Read some threads here about HD 'stealerships. Very hard to set a price without a test ride,and a good look over by someone who knows Harleys..
