The Daymaker is kinda Fugly looking but damn is it nice! It is so much brighter than the stock headlight. It should be standard on all motorcycles, I guarantee you it would save a lot of lives.

Where does it say it's the same amount? I picked the minds at my dealer and they shrugged their shoulders.

This is what bugs me, the 5" model gets an actual upgrade but the 7" model gets something that can only be described as different.

I've had my "old style" one for a couple of years now, I'm happy with it. Knew they would eventually come out with a new and improved one.

For the 7" crowd, consider the Truck Light Phase II. A bit cheaper.

I know this is an older post but for those wondering the newer 5 3/4 67700145 Daymaker Headlight doesn’t offer any additional light then the original 67700043A The newer simply offers additional horizantal light when in High beam mode. No difference in standard low beam mode. If you find yourself using high beam allot then it might be a nice upgrade from the original.
