Great Customer Service
We've all had online shopping experiences that didn't go as well as expected. I wanted to share an experience that went better than expected.
I purchased this item http://www.bkrider.com/bkrider/skusearch_v3.asp?scriteria=C01050356&parent=
from http://www.bkrider.com/bkrider/index.asp and the headlight had a cracked lens that I felt might be a mfg issue and not a shipping issue since there was no damage to the shipping box. I e-mailed BKRider with my concern and to my dismay they replied with an e-mail within a few hours stating that they would ship me a new complete headlight assy at no charge. Needless to say, they have exceeded my expectations.
So, I just wanted to give them a "shoutout", if you need anything they offer you can't go wrong with http://www.bkrider.com/bkrider/index.asp
