Wow, clutches that won't disengage. Yes that would require a Do Not Ride recall and I would assume that the dealers will be by to pick them up. It really makes you wonder about the engineering capabilities of the MoCo. Perhaps they are out of practice having not really engineered anything "new" in 50+ years. They released Mt. "Gushmore" and now a hydraulic clutch that won't disengage. Just wow.
