intercom is on and raised and lowered vox settings , still no workie. There is no PTT for rider just for passenger, it did nothing either LOL ?? Need to go back to dealer and play the dumbass role ! Thanks

Thanks for the responses on this post . I finally got it working ! Seems I was doing everything correctly , but have a plugin problem on one headset . Found by trial and error ! My son in law has the same bike as mine and we switched headsets from bike to bike . His worked and mine didn't , then switched individual headsets until we found the one that didn't . In the process of elimination we found a loose plug connection and finally got them all to work. It was hard to discover because the speakers worked the whole time just the mic on the one headset was the culprit . Thanks again and I hope this helps someone else ! Ebert

A few years ago I had a similar issue with a brand new headset. It also took me awhile to figure out what was the issue. Now I always test the headsets right out of the box before I go through the work of wiring it into my helmet.
