There was another thread asking this, just recently.
I have the neck lock and the siren, alarm, pager set up. I'd like to get the disk brake lock but it weighs a ton and I don't have a place for it.
But like I said in the other thread, those things are just deturants for the average POS thief. If someone really wants your bike, they're going to take it.
If a Prospect is told to get your bike he will. Four guys and a steel bar and the bike is gone.
generally i never leave my bike oput of my sight, if im on a road trip its somepalce i never have to worry botu anyoen stealing it or im camping if i am camp i tie string to my pecker when i go to sleep so if it moves or falls over i know real fast
I got good insurance. Let em' take it, I'll go get a nicer one.
Not the best way to look at, letting them take it only emboldens the maggots to do it again and any increase in claims will eventually lead to increased premiums for everyone

Has anyone ever wired in a remote switch to an ignition wire? I've seen them as small as a "tick tack" box. It would be good for short term shut offs, when stopping at the local watering hole, or running into the store for something. No keys to mess with just a remote button to kill or enable! Doable?
I use a gun trigger lock just install the post through one of the holes in rotor and squeeze the two half's together. there is rubber on both half's so it wont scratch the metal surface its bright yellow so it can be seen and best of all they are free at most police stations. only use when traveling over nite. put one on both rotors cheap insurance.
