The Rush baffles are removable. But it ain't easy. You may well damage your pipes. Not to mention the power loss you will experience with open pipes. Then there is that possibility that it will make it too lean, with no back pressure, and wind up burning a valve or three.

My Rush baffles come out fairly easily. I use vice grips on the cross bar at the back of the baffles and twist and pull and they come out. Yours may be different though, I bought mine 5 years ago or so. I don't think that pulling out the baffles out will hurt the bike, but it may hurt your ears and hurt performance. I know Rush makes different size baffles for mine, have you thought about larger baffles ? They have sound bites on their web site so you can hear the sounds.

I have the 1.75 baffles and love them. Why do you want to remove them? You should have some sort of baffle in there.
