I found the problem.

The negative terminal was loose. I LOVE --- EASY FIXES.

Happy to read it was a simple fix.
Most problems with a vehicle,are usually directly related to the last person that worked on it.

I think they should recheck everything..what else was missed.

Amen. That is why I like doing my own maintenance. I screw up lot's of stuff, but I know what was done - so it usually don't take long to go back and get it right. Also, if I do it myself, I know that the person working onmy bike cares about quality and is not wacked out on drugs.......
