Several things to remember:
1. You won't be the fastest or 10th fastest or maybe not the 100th fastest so don't try.
2. Don't daydream or look for scenery, watch the damn road !
3. Second gear yes, third maybe fourth gear never ! Use the engine torque to slow you down.
4. You made it to the straight at the dam and you are going to let it rip.....Don't ....the cops know that too and youwill be easy pickings.
5. ride closer to the white line on the right of your lane than to the yellow at the centerline
6. Never, never , ever cross then centerline period.
7. First ride is white knuckled, hope I make it through, second run is better and easier, third is a little more relaxed and so on, the last is when you think you can beat the dragon. See the tree of shame.
