So, I'm on a business trip in Santa Clara, CA for my company in Japan and I need to stop by a dealer around here and pick up some parts requested by one of my buddies in Japan. Thought I'd browse a bit while I'm there. Recommendations?

There are 2 shops close to Santa Clara - San Jose Harley and House Of Thunder in Morgan Hill. I have better parts luck at HoT, but there is more bike inventory at SJ Harley.
If you can get up to San Francisco (actually South SF) - Dudley Perkins HD is a great place for nostalgia. They have lots of old Harleys there and a huge clothing/parts section.
Bob Dron in Oakland (on the roadway to the Oakland Airport) ...would be another large dealership for you to visit if looking for parts and accessories.
Perkins would be my first choice for browsing because of its history.
If you are going to be in Santa Clara, San Jose Harley is the closest dealership to you. I suggest that you call to make certain they have the parts you need. House of Thunder is much further, but I'll give you phone #'s for both.
San Jose Harley 408-998-1464
House of Thunder 408-776-1900
If you are flying in to SFO from Japan, Dudley Perkins is literally at the end of the runway.
Thanks for all the info, people.
I flew into San Jose and I've already been here over a month. Still got about 3 weeks left and I haven't had time until now to even think about bikes since I've been over here. Maybe I'll rent a bike this Saturday and circle around to 'em all. Heh. Speaking of renting...anybody know a good place around me for that?
Hands down the best dealer in the area is in Cotati. It used to be called Michaels. I love this place.. Ask for Matt, he was helping me with a Road King a few weeks ago. Super nice people.. Tell him I said hello..
