I didn't realize people didn't think it was a joke till I read some of the post. Lol -------geeeeeeeeez lighten up. It's only serious when she hires a lawyer, takes half your stuff and all of hers. While having your ex best friend help her move it.
She only took half your stuff? Jeez, I really got screwed...not once but twice.
The only thing beating my chest this morning was bugs, a few pebbles and I hit my second bird this year. Now I am done with doing what I had to do, time to go ride for fun after I eat some lunch and scrape the bugs off my boots, pants, face shield, vest, gloves. The bugs are bad in MI right now, even in the cool mid 40s temps this morning it was pretty bad.
I love threads where people state that "they hardly ever drive a cage" or they don't even own a cage.. Instantly reminds me of someone who hasn't ridden very long or just got a new sled.
I ride whenever I can, not as often as I'd like. And having a limited riding season, my yearly mileage is low (higher than yours though) LOL. I envy those that can ride all the time.
Some people commute a fair distance every day on their motorcycles to save on gas. I do that and rack up huge mileage. The good thing about modern Harley's (twin-cam) is they can reliably do it. I've got well over 100K on my '05 and it has not required any repairs except a broken cable. Something will break eventually but I'm happy with it. Don't be afraid of putting on high mileage.
