Tranny Fluid Preferences

I'm running Spectro Heavy Duty Platinum 6-speed tranny lube SAE 75w-140. I'm goin' every 10k between changes. Anyone running this stuff or have any input?

The dealership puts in whatever they have on hand I guess. So I don't have a clue what it is.

Yep using the Spectro also and so far so good. 10k intervals should be more than enough.

Good to hear Falcon. My indy swears by it. Just had a vendor try to get me over to Amzoil but I just can't make the leap. I'm stickin' with the Spectro/

Guess I should try the Spectro. Been using Mobil 1 75w-140 gear lube for several years and very happy with it. Goes into N easily and no trans noise except 1st gear. Like the Mobil 1 because you can get it at any auto parts supplier. Been changing it at 5000 mi because its so easy and just 1 qt but may go ahead and let it go to every other fluid change as its never dirty or metal in it.
