Trouble code, need help ACR open/low
Hello all,
I went to ride today and the bike was kinda coughing on take off, ran like crap etc.
Pulled out the Fuelpak3 to read code, which the check engine light came on when I went to pull out.
ACR LOW/OPEN
So is there somewhere I can start looking at the electrical connection for the auto compression release solenoid, maybe I bumped it on the last wash??
Where is the solenoid located and what am I looking at for replacement/cost at the dealer.

The solenoids are located in the heads under the rocker boxes, the connectors should be under the fuel tank just over the intake.
You'd have to really soak down your bike in order to get them wet, I don't see how you could "bump" them.

Thanks, that helps a lot. Ill go out and check the connections. If the ACR or ACR's are bad, guess Ill have to let the dealer replace. Sounds a little out of my league since I'd have to disassemble the top of the bike to get to them.
