The cheapest easiest route would be to buy a set of Universal Saddlebag Locks from Harley. They come with two keys that are keyed-to-match your ignition switch.
Universal Saddlebag Lock Kit [90300017] $49.95 USD
You can also get a Custom Keyed-To-Match keys:
1. Commemorative CVO Key [71031-04] $89.95 USD
2. Willie-G Skull Key [71040-04] $74.95 USD
3. Bar & Shield Key [71038-04] $74.95 USD
The catch is you have to know your key number (####HD). There should have been a plastic tab with that number on it when you you first received the keys for the bike. If your key style has the black plastic covering on it. Just take the key of the ring and slide the black covering off. The key number should be stamped to into the metal.
You next issue is going to be shipping to Barbados. Harley-davidson.com and all Harley dealers will not ship outside the United States unless it is to a APO, FPO or DPO box. The closest dealers to you in a US territory would be in Puerto Rico or the US Virgin Islands.
You are going to either have to visit a US territory or find someone in the US willing to purchase and ship the keys to you. Just keep in mind that if Harley finds out the parts will be shipped outside the US they won't sell them to you.

I had the same issue in NY. I finally bought a new ignition switch for $18.00 and installed it. Need to know two or three wire. I have two keys on my ring one for fork lock and one for ignition. I don't care. I tried to do it the HD way. They wanted a Title and a current registration and they would send it out and have your keys in a week at almost $50.00.
