Good Job--taking it apart now are those the clean parts , it looks like they are . before putting it back together pick up the bowl in your hand and shake it --- does it rattle -- good if it does not good if it does not , that is a one way valve in between the acc. pump and the brass nozzle , it must rattle or no gas
Looking inside the bowl you can see a tube appox. 1 inch long a appox 3/16 wide ,there's a small just above it that hole clogs up , if you have not soaked it yet look inside that hole with a magnifying glass and you will probably see a spider web , if already cleaned you will be able see through without the glass . before you cleaned everything and they were dry could you run your finger inside the bowl or on the float and get a green/brown powder like stuff if so that's ethanol
